COSEMS/RJ EDITAL DE CONVOCAÇÃO ASSEMBLÉIA GERAL EXTRAORDINÁRIA
O Presidente do Conselho de Secretarias Municipais de Saúde do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, em observância ao Estatuto da Entidade, com fundamento nos disposto nos artigos 16, § 2º, 17, alínea “g” e 24, I, tendo em vista a aprovação da Diretoria do Colegiado em decisão tomada na Reunião Ordinária realizada no dia 16 de março de 2022, convoca os Secretários Municipais de Saúde do Estado do Rio de Janeiro para a Assembleia Geral Extraordinária a realizar-se no dia 07 (sete) de abril de 2022, às 10:00 horas, em convocação única, a realizar-se por meio da Plataforma Zoom, considerando a permissão legal contida no art. 5º da Lei nº 14.010, de 10 de junho de 2020, para deliberar sobre a seguinte ordem do dia: Apreciação e aprovação do Relatório Geral e de Prestação de Contas do exercício de 2021. Rio de Janeiro, de 30 de março de 2022.
